React Native Team Lead @ DigiMantra

We are looking for an experienced React Native Team Lead to drive the development of high-quality mobile applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers to build scalable and high-performance mobile applications.
  
• Architect, develop, and maintain React Native applications for iOS and Android platforms.
  
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers to ensure smooth and efficient development.
  
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
  
• Optimize application performance, improve responsiveness, and debug technical issues.
  
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to quality standards, and mentor junior developers.
  
• Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and native modules as needed.
  
• Work with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for faster deployments.
  
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and deliver a seamless user experience.
  
• Manage project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in React Native and mobile app development.
  
• Participate in client meetings, requirement gathering, and technical discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  
• Strong expertise in React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and RESTful APIs.
  
• Hands-on experience with React Navigation, Firebase, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
  
• Experience with Native development (Android Java/Kotlin, iOS Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in leading sprints and team meetings.
  
• Experience in app deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
