Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential leads and introduce company products/services
Effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective customers
Understand client needs and schedule appointments or demos for the senior sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems or spreadsheets
Conduct basic market research and assist in lead generation strategies
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach efforts
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with new people
Fluent in English
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
Basic understanding of sales concepts or CRM tools is a plus (training will be provided)
