 Junior Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven fresh graduates to join our sales team. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and a passion for connecting with people. If you're confident on the phone and ready to kickstart your career in sales we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound cold calls to potential leads and introduce company products/services
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective customers
  • Understand client needs and schedule appointments or demos for the senior sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems or spreadsheets
  • Conduct basic market research and assist in lead generation strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach efforts
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with new people
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Basic understanding of sales concepts or CRM tools is a plus (training will be provided)
