JOB DETAILS
Hiring For Accounts Receivable / Account Payable Process / General Accounting Process
JOB DESCRIPTION -
Accounts Receivable Exp (0-5)
Complex Cash applications (based on role requirement)
Basic B2B collections (based on role requirement)
Basic level query resolution through e mails
Creation of complex Enquiries
Extraction of reports from applications, deductions.
Order confirmation & Supply confirmation
Third party vendors
Account Payable (0-5 Year Experience)
Process invoices in workflow
Validate key fields from scanned documents.
Run uploads for electronic invoices
Understand customers policies and adapt
Setting up vendors and modifying the vendors when required.
Perform audits in accordance with customers policies and procedures
General Accounting (0-5 Years Experience)
Posting Journal Entries submitted by client on Accrual , prepaid, etc.
Bank Reconciliations, Balance sheet account reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations
Handling fixed assets activities
Preparing intercompany JE's for the client
Working closely with client/Bank/Other team to resolve their quires
Identifying the variance in reconciliations and making necessary rectification
