Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Generative AI models to solve real-world business problems.
- Build and maintain autonomous AI agents or bots capable of performing tasks with minimal human intervention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation.
- Fine-tune and optimize generative models for specific use cases, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement robust data pipelines and model training workflows using Python and relevant AI frameworks.
- Use SQL to extract, transform, and manage data from structured databases to build knowledge bases for AI consumption.
- Embed data into vector databases, to be consumed as a knowledge base for AI models.
- Monitor and evaluate model performance, ensuring continuous improvement through feedback loops and retraining.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and apply them to enhance existing systems or develop new capabilities.
- Document processes, architectures, and best practices to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing across the team.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, transformers).
- Strong proficiency in Python, with practical experience in libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Knowledge and practical usage of vector databases, and embeddings.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using AI.
- Experience in building and deploying AI agents or bots for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and API integration.
- Understanding of software engineering principles, version control, and cloud platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative mindset.
Working Hours
- 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM, (Mon-Fri), 5 days a week.
- All Saturdays/Sundays strictly off. No over-timing.
