Job Description

We are looking for an experienced React.js Lead Developer with 8+ years of web application development expertise to lead UI development, mentor junior team members, and drive projects using React.js with Redux. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+), modern front-end technologies, and RESTful/SOAP API integration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UI development using React.js with Redux, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for front-end development.
  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and backend teams to integrate APIs (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML).
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards (OWASP) are met.
  • Debug and resolve issues across browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE).
  • Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and implement POCs.
  • Maintain and refactor existing JavaScript/React codebases.

Technical Skills Required:

Must Have:

  • 8+ years of web application development experience.
  • Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, DHTML, JSON, XML.
  • Experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Hands-on with RESTful/SOAP APIs and backend integration.
  • Knowledge of DOM manipulation, JS object model, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, Firefox Debugger).
  • Experience leading UI projects and mentoring junior developers.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Angular/Vue.js or other front-end frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Webpack, Grunt, or similar build tools.
  • Experience with ARIA/Accessibility (ADA) standards.
  • Familiarity with JSP/XHTML, OWASP security practices.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
