JOB DESIGNATION-Process Associate/ Senior Process Associate

JOB LOCATION- Jaipur

JOB DESCRIPTION-

• Making outbound calls to US to check Claim status, Handling denials and Patient Eligibility.
• To check Insurance Follow-up
• Meet the Productivity and Quality targets within stipulated time

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION/SKILLS

• Should have at least 6 months of experience in AR calling (Physician billing/Hospital billing/ DME).
• Should have good knowledge of US healthcare.
• Should be comfortable for night shifts and work from office.
