5-7 years of total experience in SAP Service Management or Project Management.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in leading teams in a global setup or project environment.
Knowledge of at least one SAP Solution Area (e.g., S/4 HANA FI, MM, SuccessFactors, BTP).
Proven track record in end-to-end project/transition management for global customers.
Deep understanding of SAP technologies, service delivery, and managed services.
