Job Description

Conducting visual inspection of plants.

Operating Command Batch and SAP
Cordination with dispatchers for dispatch schedules and final load. Assist dispatchers in case of issues, delayed dispatches etc.
Cleaning and washing of batch plant.
Mixer chipping, greasing and disposal of shedge.
Plant start up and shut down.
Monitor accuracy of batching process by checking tolerance of all raw materials.
Coordination with Lab Technicians for Batch tolerance.
Maintain Batch equipment in good working condition. Ensure safe operation of batching plant.
Ensure availability of trucks below batching plant at all times

Generate Batch report from SAP and upload all deliveries in to SAP on daily basis
