Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Chat Process (Dual Chat Concurrency)
Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Rotational / Night Shifts (Based on Process Requirements)
Experience: 6 Months-5 years


Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals for our International Chat Support Process. The role involves handling multiple (dual) chat interactions concurrently, providing real-time support to global customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 2 live chat interactions simultaneously with customers across international markets.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and efficient responses to customer queries related to products, services, orders, technical issues, etc.
  • Use internal systems and knowledge bases to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in communication, grammar, tone, and resolution accuracy.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary, while ensuring the customer is kept informed.
  • Meet or exceed daily performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and chat resolution rate.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone throughout all interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in international chat support (preferred).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle dual chat conversations effectively under pressure.
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM with high accuracy).
  • Good comprehension and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational/night shifts, including weekends.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or chat platforms.
