Making outbound calls to US to check Claim status,

Handling denials and Patient Eligibility.

To check Insurance Follow-up

Meet the Productivity and Quality targets within stipulated time CANDIDATE

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION/SKILLS

Graduates in any Discipline

Good Command over English (Oral & Written)

Flexible to work in Shifts.

Good Analytical Skills

Computer savvy

Good Listening Skills
