Tech Lead - Dot Net Core & Blazor @ Beyond Key

Job Description

• Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using .NET 8.0 Core and Blazor (Server/WebAssembly).
• Provide architectural guidance and hands-on development support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
• Integrate legacy ASP.NET components where necessary and assist in modernization efforts.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations.

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET 8.0 Core, C#, and Blazor.
• Solid understanding of component-based architecture, Razor syntax, and state management in Blazor.
• Experience with Dapper ORM, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with ASP.NET Web Forms/MVC and ability to work with legacy codebases.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end integration.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Exposure to Insurance Domain
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and test automation.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
