HR Trainee @ Raigad Hospital

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team at Raigad Hospital and Research Centre. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
• Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and issuing employment contracts.
• Develop and implement effective performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.

• Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
