Job Description
- Need to build the entire Automated QA process.
- Start with a small campaign and then grow it out across the company
- Experience with Genesys Cloud and AI capabilities.
- Experience with Co-pilot and natural language processing (NLP) models.
- Proficiency in APIs and web services to integrate with different business applications.
- Good Understanding of cloud architecture and deployment ensuring security and scalability.
- Ability to manage the full project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment and post-launch support.
- Experience with Genesys reporting and analytics to measure Co-pilot's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of healthcare data privacy regulations (like HIPAA) and the ability to ensure the Genesys environment is secure and compliant.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve issues related to the Genesys platform, integrations, and overall infrastructure.
