Job Description
Job Title: Area Sales Manager Sourcing from Connectors and Direct
Department: Sales
Location: Patna, Bihar
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Head
Job Purpose:
To drive business growth by sourcing home loan applications through direct channels and connector networks. The role involves managing a team, developing new sourcing avenues, and ensuring high-quality customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and onboard new connectors (DSAs, referral partners, etc.) to expand sourcing network.
- Drive direct sourcing initiatives through field sales and digital channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Officers/Executives.
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback and training.
- Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with connectors and customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Resolve queries and ensure smooth end-to-end loan processing.
- Market Intelligence:
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Provide inputs for product and process improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 48 years in home loan sales, preferably with exposure to both connector and direct sourcing
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Good understanding of housing finance products and processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
