Job Description
A Relationship Trainee is an entry-level position designed to provide hands-on experience in customer relationship management and sales within a financial or service-oriented organization. The trainee assists in interacting with customers, understanding their financial needs, promoting relevant products or services (such as loans, deposits, or insurance), and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves learning company processes, handling basic documentation, and supporting senior relationship managers in achieving business targets and maintaining strong client relationships.
Required Skills:- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate clearly with customers and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
