Job Description
- You are hiring for the position of Senior Web Developer (React & Next.js) with 4-6 years of experience to work in Noida/Pune. As a Senior Web Developer, your main responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using React and Next.js. You will be expected to architect and optimize web pages for speed and scalability, build reusable components and front-end libraries, and implement server-side rendering and static site generation using Next.js. Collaboration with the backend team to integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication is crucial. You will also be responsible for ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, implementing pixel-perfect user interfaces, and working with product teams to build features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems will be part of your daily tasks. In addition, providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends, frameworks, and tools, and delivering high-quality code under tight deadlines are essential aspects of this role. You should have at least 5 years of professional experience in web development, with strong proficiency in React.js and the Next.js framework. A solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, Tailwind, and TypeScript is required, along with experience in server-side rendering and static site generation. Familiarity with state management libraries, version control systems, modern build tools, package managers, API integration, web performance optimization techniques, and testing frameworks is expected. Ability to work in an Agile environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and knowledge of SEO best practices for React and Next.js applications are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with Next.js API routes and serverless functions, familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines, modern CSS frameworks, and contributions to open-source projects.
