Job Description
- As an intern at Monkhub, you will be involved in various day-to-day responsibilities to support the technological infrastructure and software delivery process. Your tasks will include: CI/CD Pipeline Support: You will assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of continuous integration and deployment pipelines to facilitate the seamless software delivery process. Infrastructure Automation: You will learn and contribute to the development of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate infrastructure tasks efficiently. Cloud Infrastructure: Under guidance, you will aid in the deployment and management of cloud-based resources on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to ensure smooth operations. Monitoring & Logging: You will be involved in setting up and managing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk to ensure system health and performance. Configuration Management: You will gain exposure to tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet to manage system configurations effectively and maintain consistency across environments. Containerization & Orchestration: You will learn to build and manage Docker containers and understand container orchestration using Kubernetes or similar platforms for efficient resource management. Collaboration & Troubleshooting: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability for seamless operations. Version Control: You will utilize Git for source code management and learn standard Git workflows as an integral part of the development lifecycle. Required Skills And Qualifications: - Bachelors degree (or pursuing final year) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - Basic understanding of DevOps principles and cloud technologies. - Exposure to at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Bash). - Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments. - Understanding of version control systems like Git. - Eagerness to learn tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
