Quality Engineer - Automation Testing @ Aditya Birla Sun Life

Job Description

As a Quality Engineer specializing in Automation Testing, you are expected to have 8+ years of experience and possess strong hands-on skills in Selenium WebDriver with Java. Your proficiency should extend to a solid understanding of Core Java, including OOPs concepts, Collections, and Exception Handling. Additionally, you should have a good grasp of API Testing using tools like Postman or libraries like Rest Assured. In this role, you will be responsible for Automation Framework Design, including Data Driven, Keyword Driven, Hybrid, and BDD with Cucumber. Your expertise should also encompass a strong command over XPath, CSS Selectors, and DOM structure. Hands-on experience in utilizing TestNG or JUnit is essential for this position. Moreover, you should have experience integrating automation with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab. Proficiency in version control systems like Git, familiarity with Maven or Gradle build tools, and basic knowledge of JSON/XML and API contract validation are also required. An understanding of Agile methodology and sprint-based delivery will be beneficial in effectively carrying out the responsibilities associated with this role.,
