Job Description
**Position Title**: Electrical Design Engineer
**Function**: Projects (Construction)
**Reports To**: Regional Project Lead
**Location**: Bangalore
**Experience Required**: 10 15 Years
**Education**: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
**Salary Range**: 18 23 LPA

**Key Skills & Technical Knowledge**
* 712 years of experience in Corporate/Commercial Interiors fit-outs
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related design tools
* Experience in Indian design projects and ELV systems
* Excellent client communication and stakeholder management
* Strong understanding of electrical codes, load calculation, and safety standards
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-performance teams
**Roles & Responsibilities**
* Lead the electrical design aspects for commercial and interior fit-out projects (offices, labs, etc.)
* Perform detailed load calculations, short-circuit current assessments, and demand evaluations
* Design cable and earthing systems based on current-carrying and fault conditions
* Develop detailed schematics, panel annexures, and compliance documentation
* Prepare electrical design drawings using tools like AutoCAD/Revit
* Provide accurate cost estimates and technically viable solutions for proposals
* Ensure design compliance with electrical codes, safety norms, and client standards
* Engage proactively with clients, consultants, and contractors to align design expectations
* Exhibit ownership, creativity, time management, and a continuous learning mindset
