Job Description

IT Technical Recruiters (US Staffing) with 35 years of experience placing candidates in US-based IT roles. Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore / Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (US Time)
Work Mode: Onsite Only Job Role Includes:
Full-cycle recruiting for IT positions
Sourcing via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Coordinating interviews and working with US clients/MSPs Must-Have Skills:
35 years of experience in US IT staffing
Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
Hands-on with Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and ATS Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience working on niche or senior tech roles
Knowledge of VMS/MSP processes
