Job Title: IT Infrastructure Project Manager - Smart City Traffic Management

Location: Kerala
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead our Smart City Traffic Management Project in Kerala. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering IT infrastructure projects that support intelligent transportation systems, traffic monitoring, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and deliver IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality deliverables.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders, including city officials, vendors, and technical teams, to understand project requirements and ensure successful implementation.
3. Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
4. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and security systems.
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and city regulations.
6. Manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and scope changes.
7. Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 12 to 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, preferably in smart city or transportation projects, with RFP experience.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and security systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with smart city initiatives, intelligent transportation systems, or traffic management projects.
- Knowledge of IoT, data analytics, and cloud computing technologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be an added advaRole & responsibilities
