  Key Responsibilities:  
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team targets.
Monitor daily performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Set clear sales goals and KPIs; ensure team alignment with business objectives.
Develop strategies to improve productivity, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and skill development activities.
Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth sales processes.
Analyze sales reports and metrics to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Recruit, train, and onboard new team members as required.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and ethical standards
