Handling Branch Level Operations and increasing revenue and profitability for Blackbuck Freight Brokerage Business

Leading Team of Traffic Incharges to push truck procurement at best freight rates

Building a base of Booking offices and driving indent procurement

Managing collections and trouble shooting any issues related to final settlements

Driving smooth operations through cross-functional collaboration with central operations teams

Ensuring timely POD collections and processing

Timely vehicle tracking and monitoring

Enabling better matchmaking by maintaining and engaging base of supply partners Role & responsibilities
