25 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment
Hands-on experience with engineering and manufacturing, medical device, aerospace, automotive, or pharmaceutical industries.
Experience working with W2/direct clients
Excellent communication & negotiation skills Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience working with light industrial or high-volume roles
Strong relationship-building and client-facing experience
