Job Description

The Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, roadmap, development, and success of a product, especially in the B2C/D2C space. This role focuses on delivering user-centric solutions that drive growth, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle idea, development, launch, growth, and end-of-life.
  • Understand customer needs through market research and user feedback.
  • Launch new products or features with clear go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor product performance, user engagement, and revenue metrics.
  • Run A/B tests, MVPs, and use analytics to improve product performance.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and ensure the product aligns with company goals.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with necessary content and training
  • Experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, A/B testing platforms..

Qualifications-

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- More than 4 Years of proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically within a B2C or D2C environment.

- Deep understanding of the B2C/D2C business models, customer acquisition strategies, and retention tactics.
