Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with technical expertise in websites, SEO, CRO, automation, social media, and performance marketing. This hands-on role will set up, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels, leveraging analytics and growth hacking strategies to fuel brand and lead growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Aurionpro s websites for SEO conversions.
- Run paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, etc.
- Execute technical SEO (schema, Core Web Vitals, etc.)
- Manage LinkedIn Twitter channels actively.
- Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot to track KPIs.
- Collaborate with content and design teams for consistency.
- Experiment with new tools and growth hacks.
- A/B testing, retargeting, and analytics setup.
- Suggest content formats for social engagement.
- Provide actionable insights and dashboard-driven recommendations.
Required Skills Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience .
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads .
- Strong technical SEO execution capability .
- Proficiency in CMS (WordPress/ Webflow ) .
- Strong UI/UX and conversion optimization understanding .
- Experience with tools like SEMrush, HubSpot, Google Analytics .
- Strong written/verbal communication and project management skills .
Preferred Skills Good-to-Have
- B2B/Enterprise marketing experience, especially in fintech or SaaS .
- Programmatic advertising or automation workflow experience .
- Demonstrated track record of successful demand generation campaigns .
- Familiarity with performance KPIs and dashboarding .
