Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Opportunity Sourcing: Conduct deep market and industry analysis to identify and qualify high-potential target companies and verticals.
Intelligence & Insights: Go beyond simple data extraction to provide actionable competitive analysis. Identify and report on key market trends, pricing models, and sales strategies of competitors.
Targeted Database Strategy: Architect and build high-quality, robust databases of ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and key personas, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for lead generation campaigns.
Actionable Reporting: Analyze industry data to generate insightful reports, compelling presentations, and strategic briefings for sales and leadership teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key partner to the sales and marketing teams, ensuring constant communication and alignment on market opportunities and campaign targeting.Qualifications
Core Experience:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B market research, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS or technology product company.
Demonstrated success in building targeted databases and supporting sales or lead generation teams.
A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets and objectives.
Technical & Research Skills:
Research & Sales Intelligence Tools: Advanced proficiency with tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other similar platforms.
CRM Proficiency: Experience working with and managing data within any major CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Freshworks CRM).
Data Analysis & Visualization: Strong command of MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and the ability to create clear presentations in PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
Research Methodologies: Solid understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research techniques and their application in a business context.
