Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
- Work on workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and automated tasks.
- Maintain and support existing ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Develop custom applications/modules using JavaScript, Glide, HTML/CSS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices are followed for ServiceNow coding and implementation.
Must-Have Skills :- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and development tools.
- Experience with core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB.
- Hands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
Preferred Qualifications :- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, SeCOps and other modules.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
