Find below the job Description:- Main purpose of job
The QA Engineer will be a hands-on technical person responsible for performing manual testing
of the applications.
Good knowledge of testing methodologies (SDLC, Agile, etc;).
Under general direction, debugs complex software products through the use of systematic tests
to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products.
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
May take part in researching best practices, new tools and technology.
Should have experience in Mobile testing preferable android and IPhone.
Automation tool Selenium.
Main responsibilities:-
Plan, create and executes manual functional, non-functional and regression tests.
Understand the application concepts and flow in order to identify the critical bug scenario.
Ability to quickly understand and create manual test case scenarios as per the application need.
Suggest or recommend appropriate changes that best suites the application under test. POSITION DESCRIPTION FORMAT
Document test cases and bugs as per the company standard.
Good knowledge about database to query out the stored data.
Good knowledge of writing functional scripts using Selenium.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Exposure in testing Web-based applications
System integration Functional testing
DB testing
Mobile Testing
Automation Tool : Selenium
May have to work at clients place during UAT.
Shipping and Ports Domain experience a plus
Qualification :-
Candidates should have scored 60% throughout academic career (10th, 12th and
Graduation).
Qualification: BSC / BE / B Tech (Any Specialization)
The candidates should not have more than a year education gap.
ISTQB certification will a plus.
Experience:- 2-3 years software testing/QA experience
