Responsibilities:

  1. Identify patients who are in need of funds as per criteria defined by the company.
  2. Review fundraising appeals submitted by people as per Kettos criteria and content standards
  3. Uphold Kettos transparency & accountability standards by reviewing customers information against Kettos security checks, working closely with the compliance team
  4. Communicate tips and offers to Kettos customers at strategic points during their crowdfunding journey, to help them achieve their fundraising goals
  5. Work closely with other sales teams and the customer support team to provide a seamless experience to the customers
  6. Devise ideas to improve the product experience and the efficiency of internal processes

What you bring to the table:

  1. Bachelors degree or an equivalent diploma with 1-3 years of experience
  2. Ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  4. Empathy to understand the needs of the patient
  5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  6. Strategic Problem Solving - able to infer insights from data and come up with new strategies
  7. Availability to work for 6 days a week (one rotational week-off)
  8. Openness to handle queries during non-office hours, on occasion

Preferred candidate profile : 1-3 years of Sales or BDE Experience required
