This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact team driving growth in a hyperlocal delivery model for Flipkart Fashion, focusing on ultra-fast delivery and inventory optimization. You ll collaborate with a dynamic, fast-paced team, playing a key role in shaping the future of Flipkart Fashion & Minutes.   • Work closely with Supply Chain stakeholders to optimize processes and resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor and improve key inventory health KPIs (DOH, STR, RU, SMNM) to enhance performance.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within Flipkart Fashion, Supply Chain, and transit loss areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of inventory plans for both BAU and event days.
  • Take ownership of maximizing In-Stocks and ensuring product availability across the supply chain.
  • Develop reporting formats for a 360-degree view of inventory health and drive strategic initiatives to meet business goals.
  • Influence stakeholders to ensure timely collaboration and alignment on key projects, meeting goals and timelines
This role requires a strong understanding of inventory health and business objectives, specifically within a hyperlocal delivery model. The person will oversee end-to-end inventory management, focusing on ultra-fast delivery while aligning with cross-functional teams to meet business targets. By leveraging data analysis, they will predict trends, optimize planning processes for both BAU and event days, and ensure timely product availability to support strategic initiatives and seamless customer experiences.
