About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager / Manager Digital Marketing to join our upcoming Medical Weight Loss Venture. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing within healthcare, health-tech, or weight loss domains, with a strong ability to drive impactful campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across channels such as email, social media, Google, Facebook, and display advertising.

Track and optimize campaign performance using data and analytics.

Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to deliver engaging digital experiences.

Provide performance reports and actionable insights using tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Expertise in running and optimizing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and App Campaigns.

Experience with user acquisition, retargeting, and funnel optimization.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.

Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Data Studio or Tableau is a plus.

Working knowledge of SEO and SEM implementation.

Experience with attribution tools like Appsflyer.

Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
