Role & responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative operations and office management
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance
Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
Assist in scheduling meetings, calendar management, and travel arrangements
Supervise junior admin staff and housekeeping teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of administrative tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
