Proven experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and custom Lightning components.Hands on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components LWC, and Salesforce APIs.Experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and release management processes.Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines within Salesforce environments.Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.Calibrate staffing model to meet prioritized backlogAlign prioritized deliverables to COE release scheduleDuring sprint execution identify and proactively reduce and remove roadblocksPartner with cross impacted teams and COE release manager to coordinate release plans and day of release activities.
