Job Description
Title: PROS Consultant/Business Analyst
City: PAN India Wipro office
Job Description:
1. Experience in leading customer or Partner implementation activities in PROS.
2. Over 5+ years of experience configuring (or doing Business Analysis on) solutions on large-scale pricing, CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics), CPQ or ERP implementations.
3. In-depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
a. SQL/PL-SQL/T-SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server);
b. Web development (e.g. CSS/HTML/JavaScript);
c. Any programming language e.g., Java, C++/C#, Python, etc.
4. Exposure to webservices/interfaces (REST, SOAP); knowledge of XML, JSON
5. Basic command of SQL (CRUD operations)
6. Scripting language/algorithm experience
7. Strong customer focus, excellent teamwork abilities, integrity, and relationship-building skills
8. Ability to act as a trusted advisor and to offer exemplary customer service.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
