Salesforce Vlocity Lead @ Prodapt Solutions

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Vlocity Lead Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development with hands-on experience in Vlocity (OmniStudio) components, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Cards. You will lead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce Vlocity solutions.
Configure and develop Vlocity components such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, and Vlocity Data Model.
Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions using Vlocity/Salesforce best practices.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers in the team.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance.
Stay updated on Salesforce/Vlocity product releases and new features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
3- 8 years of overall Salesforce development experience.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity (OmniStudio).
Strong experience in configuring OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, Vlocity Data Model.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration tools.
Experience with Salesforce platform architecture and custom objects, triggers, workflows, flows, and validation rules.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control tools (Git), and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Salesforce and/or Vlocity certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification.
Vlocity Developer or Vlocity CPQ Certification.
Experience in telecom, insurance, healthcare, or utilities domain.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
