You will play a crucial role in providing expert legal support and commercial guidance to our company's commercial and business divisions. Your responsibilities encompass mitigating legal risks, simplifying complex legal matters for clear communication, and protecting Aurionpro's interests in all transactions. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring legal compliance, offering proactive legal leadership, and managing intricate legal projects across diverse regions. You will also be a key player in elevating our legal team's capabilities through training and coordinating with external counsel when legal representation is required.
Key Requirements:
LL.B. degree (Preferably from Mumbai University)
A minimum of 6+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in IT industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office and related tools.
Capability to work under high-pressure circumstances.
Uphold strong professional ethics and function effectively as a team player.
A strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including MSA, SOW, Teaming Agreement, MOUs, NDA, Sub-contracts, etc.
b. Translate intricate legal matters into layman's terms, facilitating clear understanding for business teams.
c. Analyze issues raised by internal stakeholders and provide solutions within tight timelines.
d. Contractually mitigate transaction risks to safeguard Aurionpro's interests and ensure transparent communication of any remaining risk to relevant stakeholders.
e. Manage disputes and litigation with third parties, including coordination with advocates, senior advocates, law firms, and government agencies.
f. Simultaneously manage multiple legal projects across regions within and outside India where the company operates.
