Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director - RCM Operations to lead and strategize end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) operations and denial management initiatives. This leadership role requires a visionary professional with a proven track record in optimizing RCM processes, driving financial outcomes, and mentoring high-performing teams.

Qualifications & Experience
- Total Experience: 1120 years in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with a strong focus on AR Operations.
- Core Expertise:
- Minimum 11 years in end-to-end AR management (billing, collections, payment posting).
- Proven expertise in Denial Management (prevention, trending, resolution).
- Leadership Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years as a director or equivalent leadership role in RCM/AR.
- Demonstrated success in scaling teams and driving operational efficiency.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in RCM platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth) and advanced Excel/Analytics tools.
- Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA, CMS guidelines).
- Soft Skills:
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
