Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for clients across various industries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality projects on time.
Conduct UAT testing to ensure that developed solutions meet client expectations and business needs.
Provide technical guidance to junior team members on Oracle HCM Cloud best practices.

Job Requirements :

7-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Strong understanding of Agile methodology and ability to work collaboratively as part of an agile team.
Experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying large-scale enterprise software applications using Oracle technologies.
