Senior Executive
Senior Executive:
- Collaborates with the Global Privacy team on the design, development, needed customization, and implementation of the Digital Citizenship/Privacy Compliance global program for automation.
- Works closely with Legal, Technology, Data Governance, and Information Security teams to operationalize and implement privacy tools such as OneTrust.
- Updates Program lead on program progress, gaps, strategies and various projects
- Ensures appropriate escalation and communication of compliance matters to Program lead.
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy laws of India, and other international laws such as EU GDPR, Middle-East would be preferred.
- Handle operational aspects of privacy and maintain Privacy Business Continuity Process.
- Coordinates with various teams to ensure timely and effective closure of privacy assessments.
- Create, develop, and implement comprehensive privacy by design programs across the enterprise to improve the incorporation of privacy and compliance in products and processes.
- Assist the privacy lead in automating their privacy capabilities and improving customer experiences, configure, integrate, test, and deploy privacy tools and technologies.
- Assist the privacy lead for program managing the external or internal audits, privacy audits and new implementations for any mergers and acquisitions
Senior Executive:
- Collaborates with Global Privacy team on the design, development, needed customization, and implementation of the Digital Citizenship/Privacy Compliance global program.
- Leads market efforts for the development and execution of the market program, governance material, policies, procedures, and external privacy notices.
- Ensures global program (policies, procedures, training) also satisfies local market requirements.
- Embeds privacy controls and ethical data use considerations into business operations and processes, including advertising practices.
- Assist business units with development of technology, tools, and methodologies to ensure on-going compliance.
