Acts as a servant leader, guidingteams on Agile/Scrum practices and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
Coaches teams to be self-organizing and high-performing, fostering a culture ofcontinuous improvement.
Works closely with PO s to manage product/sprint backlog, defines user stories,and prioritizes features.
Identifies and removes blockers to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensures deliverables meet the DoD and maintains high-quality standards.
Tracks and reports Agile metrics to stakeholders for transparency and improvement.
Coordinates cross-functional dependencies across teams and externalstakeholders.
Collaborates with engineering and leadership teams to drive Agile maturity.
Leads change management efforts to scale Agile adoption across theorganization.
Required Qualifications Skills:
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, Crystal).
Proven experience managing Agile teams and driving Agile transformations.
Proficiency in Agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking Agile performance metrics.
Must hold at least one of the following certifications: CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM, PSM(I, II, or III), SSM, or an equivalent Agile/Scrum certification.
