  1. SPECIAL DRIVE FOR TECHNICAL & NON TECHNICAL CANDIDATES.

  4. 2020 Batch students are not eligible.
  5. Selected candidates would be on the Direct Wipro Ltd. payroll.
  6. Profile will be based on either Software & Hardware or Networking domain * post IJP.

JOB LOCATION :-New Delhi

JOB DESIGNATION :-Technical Support Associate / Customer Support Associate

  • Its a performance based Semi technical profile, Combination of trouble shooting through remote access & inbound calls.
  • Profile will be based on either Software & Hardware or Networking domain * post IJP.
  • Incumbent would be responsible for providing Level-1 Technical Support to clients business clients.
  • He / She will be responsible to provide 100 % Technical support ( In-bound Voice) resolution.

Interview Process:

  • There will be multi round of interview process in system has been put on to bring the transparency in Recruitment / Selection process. Due to COVID-19 Epidemic, It has been decided that All Interview Rounds would be conducted on Phone through Call/ Video Conference.

PERKS & BENEFITS :-

  • Rs 22,500 to 30,000 P/M + (Transport + PF + ESI + Huge Insurance + 5 Days Working + Variables + Overtime + Health & Life Insurance).
  • Incentive is not included in mentioned salary.
