Role & responsibilities :

End To End Hiring Of delivery boys (blue collar workforce)

Managing workforce availability and attendance at the hub level.

Completing AOP( Annual Operating Plan)

Preventing dropouts through regular engagement and retention activities.

Coordinating with Hub Manager and enduring smooth OFD.
