Key Responsibilities

• Validate data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and transformation logic from source to target.Virtusa

• Analyze test results, conduct root-cause analysis, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  
• Develop and maintain automation scripts or frameworks (using Python, Shell, or tool-specific languages) to streamline ETL testing.Reddit+15Expertia+15HRBLADE+15
  
• Collaborate in Agile teams, participate in scrum events, and maintain test documentation and reports (e.g., in JIRA, Zephyr, ALM).Himalayas+2EY Careers+2HRBLADE+2
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar.
  
• 28 years of experience in ETL/data integration testing, depending on level.Virtusa
  
• Strong proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries and data validation.Virtusa+4Expertia+4Virtusa+4
  
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage, etc.Virtusa+6HRBLADE+6Himalayas+6
