Job Description

Title: Healthcare recruiter
Location-Hyderabad, Banjara hills road no2/Bangalore Jayanagar 4th block.
Exp: 2-6+

Job Description:

Must have solid database of RN, CNA and LPN/LVN Profiles across USA.

Solid Communication Skills. Demonstrate high level of professionalism over calls with Nurses.

Solid Negotiation Skills.

Stay up to date with latest healthcare industry trends and hiring practices

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships

Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking system

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Bachelor Degree of Science is highly Preferred. i.e., Nurse, pharmacy, Medical Laboratory, Biology.
