BAJAJ HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED is hiring for Area Sales Manager for Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad & Bangalore Location.

Experience Range: 5-10 years in mortgage sales (Preferably prime HL)

Qualification - Any Graduate

MOM Business Achievement - 8 CR. and above

Location - Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Notice Period: 30Days

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the conversion of Home Loan (FL) and Mortgage leads into field appointments, ultimately resulting in successful loan disbursals. ou wilalso be responsible for managing relationships with Banks and Non-Banking F inancial Companies (NBFCs) to ensure smooth operations and timely processing of loan applications

Responsibilities:

Managing channel partners to generate business volumes,.
Build and strengthen relationships with the Connector, and Open market to ensure achievement of set business goals Make visits to the field and Channels to gather on ground feedback, provide inputs and support to the team. Build and strengthen relationship with the builders and leverage Connector/DSA channel for Home Loan
