Job Description
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline utilizing various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide essential information to candidates, ensuring a seamless interview process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate reports and analyze recruitment data for continuous process improvement.
- Provide regular updates on the status of open positions.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day tasks.
