Job Description
Developer Engagement & Advocacy- Promote the use of AI/ML frameworks, APIs, and platforms to software developers through blogs, webinars, workshops, and conferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with functional developer communities, open-source contributors, and tech influencers.
- Create sample applications, demos, and tutorials showcasing AI capabilities in real-world software scenarios.
- Provide guidance when selecting technical solutions
- Provide guidance in when selecting use cases that drive value
- Be a champion and partner with our IQ program to foster AI talent within our team
- Play a critical part in providing guidance to leadership team to move AI initiatives from POC to production
- Educate internal engineering teams on integrating AI into software products (e.g., recommendation engines, chatbots, predictive analytics).
- Provide hands-on support and guidance for developers using AI tools, including model deployment, prompt engineering, and performance optimization.
- Develop technical documentation, SDKs, and onboarding materials for AI-powered software solutions.
- Publish articles, videos, and podcasts on AI trends, use cases, and best practices in software development.
- Represent the company at industry events, meetups, and hackathons.
- Contribute to discussions on ethical AI, responsible development, and open-source collaboration.
- Work with product managers, data scientists, Architects and software engineers to align AI initiatives with product roadmaps.
- Gather feedback from Architects, developers and users to inform AI product improvements.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and assess their relevance to software development workflows.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with hands-on exposure to AI/ML technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face), and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for teaching and storytelling.
- Experience in developer relations, technical evangelism, or community building is a plus.
- Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with CI/CD, MLOps, and deploying AI models in production.
- Ability to create engaging technical content .
- Experience of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
