Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end data migration process for client projects, ensuring a seamless transition to Fusion Financial modules.
• Utilize your expertise in FBDI (File-Based Data Import) to develop efficient data loading strategies and scripts.
• Perform data analysis to identify potential issues, cleanse and transform data, and ensure data integrity throughout the migration process.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their data requirements, provide guidance, and offer solutions for successful migration.
• Document and present data migration approaches, progress, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing your knowledge and best practices in data migration.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in data migration projects, preferably within the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) domain.
• In-depth knowledge of Fusion Financials modules and data structures.
• Proficiency in FBDI tools and techniques, including experience with large-scale data migration projects.
• Strong programming skills and the ability to write complex data manipulation scripts.
• Excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset to tackle data-related challenges.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to take ownership of projects.
