Product Manager - B2C/D2C

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Product Manager with a strong background in the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) or Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) space to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our [mention specific product area or product line] to drive user growth, engagement, and revenue. You will deeply understand our target audience, identify their needs, and translate them into compelling product experiences. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, customer empathy, and strong execution skills.

Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for [mention specific product area or product line] in alignment with the overall company goals and market opportunities.

- Market & User Research: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user research (including surveys, interviews, and usability testing) to identify unmet needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.

- User-Centric Design: Champion a user-centric approach throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that our products are intuitive, engaging, and solve real user problems.Product Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog based on user needs, business value, and technical feasibility. Effectively communicate the roadmap to stakeholders.

- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Translate user needs and business requirements into clear and detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer support, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

- Product Development & Execution: Actively participate in the agile development process, providing guidance and making timely decisions to ensure the product is built according to specifications and timelines.

- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product decisions.

- A/B Testing & Iteration: Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize product features and improve user engagement and conversion rates.

- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute successful product launch plans and ongoing marketing strategies.

- Staying Updated: Continuously stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in the B2C/D2C landscape.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- More than 2 Years of proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically within a B2C or D2C environment.

- Deep understanding of the B2C/D2C business models, customer acquisition strategies, and retention tactics.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience working in an agile development environment.Proven ability to define and launch successful products.

- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
